If you love cheese curds, you know there is nothing quite like that first squeaky bite. At Mistyglen Creamery we make our cheese curds right on the farm using milk from our own cows, and we make them fresh every Wednesday & Friday. That squeak you hear is a sign of quality and it tells you the curds were made with care and are still wonderfully fresh.

We use traditional methods when making our cheese curds so the flavour stays clean and the texture stays soft and bouncy. Because we start with fresh milk from our own herd, we know exactly what goes into every batch and that makes a difference you can taste. Our curds are full of natural protein and calcium which makes them a satisfying and wholesome snack.

You can enjoy them plain right out of the container or you can try one of our flavour varieties. We always carry Plain, Dill Pickle, and Loaded Potato, and we rotate flavours throughout the year so there is always something new to look forward to. Whether you want a classic curd or something with a fun twist, we have you covered.

Our customers tell us they snack on them during road trips, pack them in lunches, add them to poutines, or sprinkle them into weeknight recipes. However you enjoy them, freshness is the key and that is why production happens every Wednesday and  Friday.
